Oriental BBQ is commonly known as Yakiniku, the Korean BBQ or Gogi Gui, this refers to the OriantalMethod of grilling beef, pork, chicken, or other types of meat. Dishes are often cooked at the diner’s table on metal grills that are built into the center of the table where diners can enjoy doing there own grilling/bbq at the dinner table.

Chinese Hot Pot also known as Shabu Shabu in Japan, and in Singapore and Malaysia the Steamboat. Like fondue but replaced with a simmering metal pot of stock at the centre of the table where diners place their ingredients into the pot to cook. The cooked food is usually eaten with a variety of dipping sauces. Typical Hot Pot dishes include thinly sliced meat, vegetables, dumplings and seafood.
